*If temperatures exceed 90 degrees Fahrenheit, we will limit walks to 15-minute increments at a reduced rate at the owner’s discretion
Bark At Home appreciates all our clients, both animal and human varieties. We understand things can happen at the last minute. Because it is important to us to ensure your pet is taken care of, we must prepare ahead of time for staffing to be at appropriate levels to cover all visits scheduled. Due to a higher level of last-minute cancelations, we have adopted a cancelation policy. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please let us know.
Any visits canceled within 48 hours of scheduled individual visit will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of each visit canceled. If it is less than 24 hours, you will be subject to the full cost of each visit canceled.
Visits scheduled for consecutive days fall under our vacation guidelines. Any visit canceled within 7 calendar days of the first visit will be assessed a fee of 50% of the cost of each visit scheduled. If cancelation occurs within 72 hours of the first visit, you will be subject to the full cost of all scheduled visits.
